By using ÆON Toolhub you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and written in plain language.

1. The service

ÆON Toolhub provides free, browser-based utility tools. The tools run on your device, require no account, and are offered for personal and commercial use at no charge. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to reverse the intent of a tool for fraud. The tools are general utilities; you are responsible for how you use their output.

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a calculation, conversion, or output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÆON Toolhub and its maintainer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools or the site.

5. Advertising and third parties

The site displays third-party advertising and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, text, and tool implementations are owned by ÆON Toolhub unless otherwise noted. You may use the tools freely, but you may not copy the site's content wholesale to republish it as your own.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
