About ÆON Toolhub

ÆON Toolhub is a collection of free web tools, each built to solve one specific job well: format a JSON file, read a script from a teleprompter, convert a photo, count the words in an essay. You open the page, use the tool, and leave with the result. No account, no install, no credit card.

Who builds it

ÆON Toolhub is built by a small independent team of developers. There is no investor and no company behind it asking for growth at any cost, which is why we would rather have fewer tools that work properly than many that only look complete. Each tool is written for its own task, not stamped out from a template.

How each tool is checked

Before a tool is published, its logic is tested on its own against normal, empty, invalid and extreme input, then the finished page is tested in English, in a translated page and on a phone. What happens to what you enter

The tools run in your browser, so what you type or upload is processed on your own device and is not sent to us. Some tools keep your recent work in your browser so it is still there when you come back; you can clear it at any time. Live voice input is the one exception: it uses your browser’s speech recognition, which some browsers send to the browser maker’s servers, and those tools say so. Creating an account is optional and only stores your favorites and reviews. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How the site is paid for

The tools are free to use. Running them in your browser instead of on our servers is what keeps them free, and the site is meant to be supported by advertising. When ads appear, they are kept apart from the tool: never above it, never inside it, and always in space reserved for them so the page does not jump while you work.

Found a mistake?

If a result looks wrong, or a tool you need is missing, tell us through the contact page. Reports of wrong results come first: we check them, fix the tool, and add the case to its tests so it cannot happen again.
