Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ÆON Toolhub does and does not collect. The short version: the data you type or upload into a tool stays in your browser and is never sent to us. The longer version, including what our advertising and analytics partners can access, is below.

1. Data you enter into tools

All tools run client-side. Text, numbers, files, and audio you provide are processed locally by JavaScript on your device and are never transmitted to a server we control. We keep no logs of tool input, because it never reaches us. Some tools save your recent input to your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh; that data lives only on your device and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

2. Cookies and advertising

ÆON Toolhub is funded by third-party display advertising (Google AdSense and its certified partners). These partners may set and read cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and, where you consent, to show personalized ads. We never receive your tool input; advertising partners receive standard request data such as your IP address, user agent, and the page URL, as described in their own policies.

3. Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent-management platform (CMP) built on the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework asks for your choices before non-essential cookies load. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so tags respect the four signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage). Decline and you still get the full tool, served with non-personalized ads only. You can reopen the consent settings at any time from the link in the footer.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are used and how fast pages load. This measures page-level performance and traffic, not individual tool input, and is gated behind the analytics_storage consent signal where consent is required.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and LGPD (Brazil) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, and you may object to or opt out of personalized advertising. Because we do not hold accounts or store your tool input, most requests concern data held by our advertising partners; we will route or assist with those requests. 6. Children

The tools are general-purpose and not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the tools and advertising setup evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
